ARA101: Beginning Arabic I (5 Credits)
Overview

In this course, you will be introduced to the basics of the language; the sound system, the alphabets, greetings and numbers . Also, you will learn to read and write short sentences.

You will learn by: 

  • Completing assignments.
  • Listening to audio recordings.
  • Interacting with other sutdents and the instructor through the discussion forum. 

What you learn in this course will benefit you by providing you with the foundation necessary for future courses in Arabic as a foreign language.
