BUS 117: Human Relations and Leadership Development
(3 Credits)

Overview

This course will examine organizational leadership in the context of managing continuous change. Topics include models and theories of leadership, leading organizational culture, effective leadership models, theories and applications of change management, and leading and sustaining change.

You will learn by text readings, participating in online discussions, and research material.

What you learn in this course will benefit you by being able to apply current theories in your work place, analyze leadership situations, think independently, and handle organizational change and employee realtionships.
