Procedures:

The procedures for ELI examinations are listed in the SYLLABUS mailed from ELI. The following is a summary:

    1. Prepare for the exam
    2. Call the testing lab for the hours
    3. Take Photo ID and Exam Pass (from the SYLLABUS mailed from ELI) to Testing lab
    4. Take Exam.
If you are outside metropolitan Washington, incarcerated or handicapped, see the information on Examination Proctors and the Proctor Request form in the SYLLABUS mailed from ELI.

Please do not let the exams stop you from completing the course. If you have great difficulty getting to a testing lab or are very concerned about taking exams, please call or email me instead of giving up!

What to Expect:

Exam 4 will cover material from Chapter 10: Input/Output Technology, Chapter 11: Applications Technology, Chapter 12: Operating Systems, and Chapter 13: Mass Storage Access and Management.

Exam 4 is worth 100 points. Each question is worth 2 points. The test consists of 50 multiple choice or true/false questions only from among those listed in the Study Questions below, Vocabulary and Review Questions from the textbook. However, the questions will not be ordered or listed as those. YOU CANNOT USE YOUR TEXT, COURSE GUIDE OR NOTES TO HELP YOU WITH THIS EXAM. Allow 2 hours to complete the exam.
