All students who live in the metropolitan Washington, DC, area are expected to take their examinations on an NVCC campus. If you are away from an NVCC Campus, you MUST have an Exam Proctor approved through ELI. Requests for proctored exams and proctors must be approved by ELI. ELI reserves the right to reject requests for proctors for any reason. To have a proctor approved, complete and mail (fax) to ELI the Proctor Request Form.
