In this course, you will learn about how to work with very young children and their families in ways that support their development. We will focus especially on children with special needs and how to include them in child care programs. You will learn by reading, participating in the Discussion Board with other students, watching videos of children, and creating materials to support children and families. What you learn in this course will benefit you by helping you to be a knowledgable and skillful early childhood professional, prepared to work with all children in positive and supportive ways.
