Here is an overview of all of the different types of assignments in the course. You can find the detailed directions for the assignments and the grading rubrics in the module where they are assigned.
The Introduction Discussion gives you an opportunity to introduce yourself to the class and to your instructor. These introductions allow us to get to know each other better in the online environment.
You will complete chapter homework and LearnSmart on Connect that correspond to the weekly readings.
You will complete a CAFR project discussion in three parts. You will also complete a Nonprofit Form 990 assignment in two parts. These assignments will strengthen your understanding of the CAFR and the Nonprofit Form 990s.
The proctored assessments provide you with an opportunity to demonstrate your mastery of the course knowledge. You can find the information on how to take proctored assessments in the Taking Proctored Assessments of the Syllabus.
The take home exams are not proctored. They will provide you with an opportunity to demonstrate your mastery of the content in the specific chapters covered in the modules.
