Here is an overview of all of the different types of assignments in the course. You can find the detailed directions for the assignments and the grading rubrics in the module where they are assigned.

Graded Assignments

There are 13 total graded assignments for a total of 150 points. Twelve of the assignments are worth 10 points; one of the assignments is worth 30 points.

Exams

There are three exams in this course, two of which are proctored assessments:

1. Exam 1 covers Chapters 1-5 material from the supervisory overview and planning, decision making and organizing skills.
2. Exam 2 covers communication process, leading and team building from chapters 6-9.
3. Exam 3 covers chapters 11-16 which is coaching, managing stress/time, human resources and control functions of supervisory management.

Exam 1 is worth 100 points. Exams 2 and 3 are worth 200 points.
