If you do well in this course, you will be able to:
- Describe the roles and tasks of managers. Identify, analyze, and solve problems related to external environment that affect management goals and plans.
- Demonstrate an ability to solve organizational planning and strategy problems utilizing appropriate management tools (MBO, decision trees, PERT, forecasting, time series analysis, probability, etc.)
- Demonstrate competence in individual and group decision-making processes. Identify and solve organizational design problems that relate to structural, behavioral, and environmental change issues.
- Solve organizational control problems utilizing financial and information control systems.
- Identify and solve issues pertaining to international management.
- Identify, analyze, and offer solutions to current issues in the management of organizations.
