Assignments

The assignments in each module can help you practice what you learned and apply it to solve a problem. They can prepare you for the proctored assessments.

Discussions

The discussion activities provide you with an opportunity to deeply reflect on the readings assigned to each module and apply them to a problem. They can prepare you for the projects and the proctored assessments. Online discussion allows time to weave your thoughts and reflect on the readings and your experiences. All of the posts on the discussion board are required to be thoughtful, reflective, and concise.

Quizzes

The quizzes will provide you with an opportunity to check your understanding of what you have learned in class.

Portfolio

The portfolio is a cumulative project that you will add to throughout the course to demonstrate your mastery of each of the ISTE Standards for Educators. Your e-Portfolio will serve as a reflection of your learning and a collection of resources to use within your classroom. Your e-Portfolio will also provide a means to share your learning and resources with other teachers.
