Course Description

Develops ability in technical writing through extensive practice in composing technical documents and reports. Guides the student in achieving voice, tone, style, audience, and content in formatting, editing, and graphics.

Course Prerequisites

The following are required for entry into this course:

• achieve satisfactory scores on placement tests or SATs as established by the VCCS and adopted by their college;
• or successfully complete required developmental ENG or ESL courses.
