In this course you will study a wide range of British Literature, from works that are over 1000 years old and to those in the 21st Century. ENG 245 introduces traditions and works of multiple genres within British literature, including both canonical authors and those who are lesser known to highlight the diverse voices available. This course develops skills in close reading, interpretation, and comparative analysis. This is a UCGS transfer course.
