Here is an overview of all of the different types of assignments in the course. You can find the detailed directions for the assignments and grading rubrics in the module where they are assigned.
There are eight Discussion Board assignments, each worth 25 points for a total of 200 points. The discussion assignments are generally based on material from or inspired by the textbook chapters. Students are to answer in essay form.

There are two quizzes in this course, each worth 50 points for a total of 100 points.
Quiz 1 covers the material covered in Chapters 3, 5, and 6 of the Kelly text. It also covers Chapters 17, 20, and 21 of the Sayles text. It consists of a combination of true/false, multiple choice, and fill-in-the-blank questions. There are 20 questions worth 2.5 points each for a total of 50 points.
Quiz 2 covers the material covered in Chapters 19 and 20 of the Sayles and Gordon text and Chapters 9 and 10 of the Kelly and Greenstone text. It consists of a combination of true/false, multiple choice, and matching questions. There are 20 questions worth 2.5 points each for a total of 50 points.
There are two proctored assessments in this course. Each is worth 250 points. Both proctored assessments are based on the assigned chapters from the textbooks and are a combination of 50 multiple choice and true/false questions.
