Here is an overview of all of the different types of assignments in the course. You can find the detailed directions for the assignments and the grading rubrics in the module where they are assigned.
The discussion assignments are generally based on material from or inspired by the textbook chapters. Students are to answer in essay form and respond to other students' posts. Additional research is required in some instances.
These assignments provide you with questions and immediate feedback to enhance your learning and retention.
Quizzes test your knowledge and help prepare you for the course and proctored assessments.
There are four proctored assessments in this course. Each proctored assessment is worth 100 points consisting of multiple-choice and matching questions. Students have two hours (120 minutes) to complete each exam. Proctored assessments not taken on time will not be allowed to be made up without prior written 24-hour advanced notification and approval. Anything below a 72 is not passing.
