HIS 268  

Analyzes the origin and development of the United States Constitution. Includes the evolution of civil liberties, property rights, contracts, due process, judicial review, federal-state relationships, and corporate-government relations.

Course Prerequisites

The following are required for entry into this course:

• You should be able to use a computer and create attachments in e-mail
• You should be able to write at the college level.
• You should know how to use Canvas.
• You should be able to learn how to post to the Discussion Board.
• You should be able to use PowerPoint or similar slide show program.
• You should have reliable access to the internet.
• It is recommended that students should have taken, or are taking, English composition
