The labs provide hands-on practice that will help you learn the material covered in each module. 

In contrast, the live virtual machine labs offer a more autonomous learning experience with less guidance. The main focus of the live virtual machine labs is to cover the practical, hands-on aspects of the CompTIA Network+ certification exam objectives. It is recommended that you refer to course materials to research theoretical topics in more detail to complete the virtual machine labs.

Discussion activities provide an opportunity to reflect on course readings, assignments, and your experiences while connecting them to real-world events. Final Course Grade

In order to maintain compliance with our accreditation standards, NOVA Online proctored or major assessments require identity verification. Proctored or major assessments must prove identity, and students must show overall passing levels on those assessments in order to pass the course.

In this online course, if your average score on all proctored or major assessments is a passing percentage of 60 percent or higher, then your grade will be calculated according to the scale in the table below. Otherwise, a final grade of F will be assigned.
