In this course, you will learn an introduction to UNIX. What you learn in this course is applicable and often required knowledge in the IT field. We will focus on Sun Solaris version of UNIX.
ITE 115 or ITE 119 is a prerequisite for taking ITN 171. You must be able to read and write at the college level. Previous knowledge of programming language is helpful and some networking knowledge is assumed.
