PSY 270 focuses on scientific investigation of human sexuality and psychological and social implications of such research. Considers socio-cultural influences, the physiology and psychology of sexual response patterns, sexual dysfunctions, and development of relationships.

This course acquaints the student with research based spectrum of human sexuality from reproductive information to cultural input and expression. A wide survey of approaches, theories, and expression, both past and present, within human sexuality will be included.

  • PSY 200, 201 or PSY 202 or divisional approval.
