Video Project

You are required to createVideotaped Clinical Procedures in this course.

You are required to complete the Nutrition Report in this course, including the report outline with the cited works, the initial report and replies to peers' work.

Proctored Assessments

There are two proctored assessments for this course, called Exam 1 (Midterm) and Exam 2 (Final).
