In order to successfully complete this course, you must demonstrate your understanding of the course materials. The following is an overview of all of the different types of assignments in the course. You can find the detailed directions for the assignments in each module.
The Introduction Discussion provides an opportunity to introduce yourself to the class and to your instructor. These introductions allow the instructor to provide refined focus and guidance to the learning environment.
The Discussion Forum provides an opportunity for a collaborative learning environment for sharing ideas, thoughts, insights, experiences and perspectives. Each student will post a response to a discussion question based on the weekly reading assignments detailed in each learning module. Each student will then respond to at least 2 other student postings.
You will complete chapter quizzes to assess your understanding of the weekly readings. The weekly quizzes are in two parts, one is related to your Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) readings and the other is related to your Contract Management Body of Knowledge (CMBOK) readings.
There are two projects that must be completed. Both of these projects are case studies that require research and analysis of legal opinion and court cases as well as logic and reasoning to support your position based on facts and assumptions presented to you.
