This course develops fundamental skills of interpreting, including cognitive processes and intralingual language development in English and ASL. It reviews Process Models of interpreting, and uses one to analyze interpretations. The course also develops feedback skills essential to the team interpreting process.
Completion of ASL 202 or placement into ASL 261.
