This course in the nursing sequence prepares students to utilize the nursing process to meet patients’ needs for preventive health maintenance, health promotion, and teaching and learning throughout the life span by providing nursing care to assist clients and their families in acute and long term care settings.
This course requires weekly eNOVA virtual meetings. Details will be provided by the Nursing Department.
Prerequisites: SDV elective, NAS 161, NAS 162, ENG 111.
Co-requisites: NUR 150, PSY 201, HLT 141. |

NOTE: The assignments and HESI exam results will not be added unless the cumulative scores on the tests/final is 78%, in other words students need to pass the tests/exams in order to pass the course.
