You chose the following answer to Question 4: 

   Choice d) Those feelings made her feel ashamed of herself. 

This is not a statement of fact from the story nor is it a paraphrase of an idea in the story.  It is a conclusion that the writer has drawn based on the story.  If the reader doesn't share the writer's conclusion, she or he will be free to dismiss the statement if the writer doesn't provide evidence from the story to support this conclusion.  Even worse, the writer risks losing his or her credibility with the reader if the reader didn't draw this conclusion and is given no support for the writer's position.  This statement requires a quote or an example from the story to support it.
