HIS 112 Gandhi Paper Assignment
On 30 January 1948, a Hindu
extremist assassinated Gandhi while he was enjoying his nightly walk at Birla House in New Delhi. His
memorial (or Samādhi), the Rāj Ghāt, is located on the spot of his
cremation on 31 January. It is a simple, black marble monument with an eternal flame
at one end, located near the Yamuna River in Delhi. The epigraph reads "Hē Ram" (or "Hē Rama"),
often loosely translated as "Oh God," which are believed to be Gandhi's last words. Photo

Story of My Experiments With Truth (in its entirety)

specific (Is the phrase, "Chardin was jeweller," written correctly?).
You can send in multiple drafts (within reason) of an assignment before you submit for a grade.
- At times, you may be asked
to rewrite your essay before it is graded. This is done for your own benefit
and will result in an improved grade.
Before proceeding, you might wish to read
the short notes and
review the study questions on Gandhi.
Your assignment should be sent to your course
instructor following the directions
for submitting assignments.
Please take a moment to review
