Laboratory 3: Enzyme Lab

BEFORE YOU REACH THIS STATE, LISTEN TO VOICE MAIL TAPE 3183!

First read through Lab 3 in the Study Guide.

With Study Guide turned to Lab 3, call 323-3713.

Press 2 when prompted (visit other mailboxes)

Then press 3183 for the tape on the Enzyme Lab.  A soothing voice will guide you through the possible pitfalls of the Enzyme Lab!

If the lab takes more than a week to complete, do not worry. Just be sure you have done the preparatory work and have started the lab before you do the exam.  Although there will not be any questions on the exam that deal with topics that can only be answered if you have finished the lab, there are a number of questions on enzymes that go with lecture Unit 2 Objectives 19 - 21. This lab should reinforce those ideas.

So if you complete this lab in week 5 - great!  If not, there are other labs later in the course that will be less demanding so that you will make up some time then.  Just remember to keep working and you will succeed!
